New Version Bang_07ab from 27.2.2017

Bang VST OSX x64

Bang AudioUnit OSX x64 (experimental, to install move the unzipped Bang.component to /YOUR_HD_NAME/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components)

Changelog:

Had to change the Plugin-Id, so the Bang 07ab version will not show up on saved Songs done with the 06bb Version of Bang.

To solve this problem, make a Subdirectory like "oldplugins" in your VST-Folder (the place where you did put the plugin) and move the old Bang.dll (Win) / Bang.vst (OSX) in there.

Put the new Bang.dll/Bang.vst  where the old version was.

Then you can open the Song, the old Bang is still in there, save the preset, and replace the old Bang Plugin

with the Bang 07ab Version and load the Preset and save the Song. After doing that you can delete the old Plugin from the system

sorry for the inconvenience, shouldn't happen again...

Bugs squashed:

- Reloading MPF Gain setting

- Saving Envelope Presets

Rhodes Chroma Editor as VSTi

Made with CTRLR www.ctrlr.org

Download the Plugin:

Rhodes Chroma Editor VSTi Windows x64

Rhodes Chroma Editor VSTi OSX (Not really tested, works for me (OSX10.9.5), thanks for same feedback)

and unzip it to your vst-directory.

this works only with the Chroma CC+ CPU-Upgrade!

On the Chroma set MCM Mode Selection (Set Split 36, P28) on CUST

On the Chroma set Enhanced Programming (Set Split 36, P20)

and have (more) fun with the mighty Chroma!

Midi Routing for Ableton Live:

Ableton Live doesent transmit Midi-SystemExclusive so we have to route it around....

In the Ableton Live Preferences disable the In & Out MIDI-Port where the Chroma is attached (Track / Sync / Remote to "Off" )

In the Plugin-Menu MIDI set the Input / Controller / Output - Device to the MIDI-Port where the Chroma is attached

In the Plugin-Menu MIDI set MIDI-Thru to "Plugin host -> Output Device"

Usage:

Select the desired Program with the Drop Down Menu (Prg 51-54 changes the actual Bank) or use the "<<" or ">>" Buttons

All Parameters except the Link-Related ones (Main-Transpose/Link-Transpose/Balance/Split/Linkmode/LinkProgram) are sending MIDI-Controllers and react directly

When "Copy Param Changes A to B" is ticked then (Mouse) Paramchanges to the A-Params are copyd to the B-Params

To change Link-Parameters (works only via MIDI-Sysex) You have to store the Program (of course the other parameters are also stored, for changing the current Editbuffer just store it to Program 0)

Clicking Autotune Retunes the Chroma

Tip: for nice Stereo, attach the Chroma out 0 and 3 to the mixer, choose a appropriate Program (lets say 42, be sure that its Output is set to 1), set LinkMode to Unison and LinkProgram to 42 and store to Program 0, then change Output to 4.... instant Analog Width :-)

For Modifications (perhaps someone is masochistic enuff and wants to make it less ugly :-)) or compiling it for OSX/Linux You can download the CTRLR-Panel Rhodes Chroma Editor CTRLR Panel

many thanks for usefull feedback!
